Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, contact details, age or age range, parent/guardian details, organisation details, booking and payment information, workshop or program interests, questionnaire responses, communications with us, attendance information, media-consent choices and other information you choose to provide.

2. Sensitive information

Some questionnaires or participation processes may invite information relevant to safe participation. We will only ask for information we reasonably need. Where sensitive information is collected, appropriate consent and safeguards should apply.

3. Why we collect information

We may use information to respond to enquiries; manage bookings and payments; deliver workshops, programs and one-to-one experiences; communicate preparation or follow-up information; support safe participation; improve our services; meet legal, safety or safeguarding responsibilities; and, where separately consented, send marketing or resource communications.

4. Young people

We take additional care with information relating to children and young people. Capacity to make privacy decisions can depend on the young person's maturity and the circumstances. Parent/guardian involvement will be used where appropriate, while also providing young people with clear, age-appropriate information about what is being collected and why.

5. Photos, video and testimonials

Photography, video, identifiable quotes and promotional use are handled through separate media-consent choices. Participation in a Mindset Republic experience is not conditional on agreeing to public promotional use of an image or recording.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the website, booking, payment, communication or program systems, or where required or authorised by law or necessary to respond to a serious safety or safeguarding concern.

Current providers: this website is hosted on Vercel; email notifications from website forms are sent via Resend; workshop and session bookings are managed through Acuity Scheduling. A confirmed position on overseas data storage and disclosure across these providers is still being finalised and will be updated here once complete.

7. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access is limited to people who need the information for their role.

Enquiry, contact and resource-request forms on this website do not write to any website database. A submission is sent once, by email, directly to Mindset Republic's inbox, and is not otherwise stored by the website itself. Workshop bookings and payment details are held within Acuity Scheduling, subject to Acuity's own security practices.

8. Marketing

Marketing consent is kept separate from transactional booking communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. Access and correction

You may contact us to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

10. Questions or complaints

If you have a privacy question or concern, contact Mindset Republic using the contact details published on our website. We will take privacy concerns seriously and respond appropriately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, systems and legal obligations evolve. The current version is always published on this page with an effective date.
