No. Mindset Republic provides facilitated workshops, mentoring-style conversations, reflection tools and practical experiences designed to support self-awareness, exploration and choice. It is not psychological treatment, counselling, medical care or a substitute for appropriate clinical or professional support. Where someone's needs sit outside our scope, we will encourage them to seek the appropriate support.

EXPAND is Mindset Republic's original framework for moving from exploration and awareness towards direction and action. It draws on established principles and evidence-informed thinking across areas including behaviour, reflection, goal setting and change. It doesn't tell you what your life should look like. The principles are established. The framework is ours. What you build with it is yours.

We treat your information and conversations with care and respect. Personal information collected through our website, enquiries, questionnaires and bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Individual conversations are also treated as confidential, subject to appropriate legal, safety and safeguarding obligations. We'll make those boundaries clear where relevant, particularly when working with younger people.

Yes. We work with schools, businesses, sporting organisations, community groups and other organisations, with experiences delivered in person or online. You can bring an existing Mindset Republic workshop to your people, ask us to tailor one, or talk to us about designing something specifically around your needs. Minimum and maximum numbers apply. Have something in mind? Ask us what's possible. We want to make it easy to reach a human.

Yes. Our existing workshops and programs give us strong starting points, yet they don't have to be the answer to every need. We can explore your audience, objectives, environment, timing and desired outcomes and recommend or design an experience that makes sense for your people. That might be a single workshop, a facilitated experience, a series or a more tailored program. The easiest place to start is a conversation.

Absolutely. Mindset Republic is based in Sydney, Australia, and we can work across Australia and internationally, in person and online depending on the experience, audience and location.
